Description
Annecy International Animation Film Market (Mifa) exports its skills and experience through a program to support professional talents: the International Mifa Campus.
The aims of this program are twofold: to develop projects and provide the necessary coherence to affront the market, and to prepare for the pitching exercise to promote their project to a professional audience seeking original content.
Selection
Only files that are complete and meet the conditions of these regulations will be submitted to a jury made up of members of CITIA and the experts. 5 project holders will be selected to take part in the Workshop.
Submission terms
Only projects that are in development and sufficiently advanced to meet the market will be accepted.
Whatever category you are competing for, only projects with a complete digital file will be considered.
The digital file must:
respect the regulations for the category concerned;
be downloaded in the form of one single PDF file not exceeding 50 MB.
Registration is free of charge.
Projects must be registered by its author(s), and in compliance with these regulations irrespective of the filmmaking techniques used (traditional or new, containing a minimum of 50% animation), target audience, genre (fiction, documentary, educational, experimental, etc.), age and nationality of the author(s).
Free rein is given for the general presentation as long as all the other required documents are in the file. Nevertheless, we will mention that projects presented with care shall be more attractive to the readers.
It is required for the participants to speak and understand English.
