Nahdet El Mahrousa is excited to announce the launch of a new early-stage round of Ebda3 Ma7ali.

This round is dedicated to supporting innovative early-stage social enterprises across various industries, helping them build and develop sustainable, scalable models that positively impact society.

These rounds are part of the Ebda3 Ma7ali program, a sector-neutral incubationprogram that began in 2015, fully funded by Nahdet El Mahrousa.

Benefits and Services

The selected startups will receive the following services of value equivalent to 200K

  • Customized Consultations : Personalized one-on-one consultations addressing early-stage topics tailored to the specific technical and business needs of each enterprise.

  • Seed Funding: Up to 40,000 EGP, zero-equity funding.

  • Mentorship: Access to experienced mentors across various domains.

  • Discounted BSU Services: On-demand financial, legal, HR, and digital marketing services from NM’s Business Support Unit (BSU), including financial auditing and internal legal document creation.

  • Account Management: A dedicated project development service offered by our team.

  • Networking: Access to relevant networks (impact Investors, donors, companies, experts, professional mentors, social entrepreneurs etc.) as well as other opportunities including local and international events.

  • Discounted Co-Working Space: Access to shared space at Garage El Mahrousa, Nahdet El Mahrousa’s co-working space in downtown Cairo, at discounted rates.

Startup Eligibility Criteria

Looking for social enterprises that meet the following criteria

  1. Address Local Social Challenges: Your startup should provide solutions that effectively tackle social issues within local communities

  2. Sustainability and Revenue Generation: Your enterprise should either be sustainable or have a clear plan to achieve sustainability and generate revenue.

  3. Scalability : Your business model should have the potential for significant growth, both in financial terms and social impact.

  4. Innovation: Your approach should be innovative, offering new or unconventional solutions to social challenges.

  5. Egyptian Nationality: The founding team must consist of Egyptian nationals. 

  6. Age Range: Founders should be between 25 and 40 years old.
