The “Enabling Green Finance” programme helped identify 10 impact-centered green scaleup SMEs in Egypt and provided them with structured training to access finance. The 4-month programme connected the participating companies with banks, investors, and crowdfunding platforms.

As a celebratory closing of the progamme, GIZ Egypt will hold two online roundtables to increase communication and cooperation between green industry players in Egypt and to explore the challenges in the Egyptian market around accessing green debt financing.
