The webinar is the culmination of work on two policy papers that tackled the issue of HCM in startups pre and post COVID-19. The two research teams will be presenting their policy research papers, briefs, and advocacy tools. There will be an open discussion between the researchers, the discussants, and the audience regarding the impact of COVID-19 on human capital management in Startups in Egypt. Invitations will be extended to representatives of all concerned institutions, including government, academia, private sector, and civil society for the purpose of enriching the discussion."
