Social Research Skills Workshop - April '22

The workshop will be conducted for FREE online on Zoom every Saturday on the following dates; 9 April, 16 April, 23 April and 30 April from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.

In this workshop you will be able to:
- Explore your talent in writing
- Acquire the basic skills of Social Research
- Cite sources in APA format

The content covers the following topics; Research question, Literature review, Qualitative methods, Citation, Plagiarism, proofreading, writer’ block, Planning, and management skills.

About the trainer:

Aliaa Ahmad holds a master’s degree in International Education Management from Ludwigsburg University of Education and she is the Founder and Director of Education Square LLC. With professional background fostered by academic experience Aliaa built an experience in research and implementation. In her thesis she analyzed the situation of educational entrepreneurs in Egypt based on a program she co-designed along with understanding, engaging, and researching the development, education, entrepreneurship ecosystem in Egypt. Moreover, she has been responsible for editing articles and creating content within the same field in both languages; Arabic and English plus her writing and research experience in business development combining practice and theory. In addition to her work as a research associate with Collective Routes LLC on missions for Drosos Foundation, Oxfam, and UNICEF.
